Get moving! Some people do exercise at the gym, some people do it in the park. Some people do exercise with friends, other people prefer doing it alone. It doesn't matter how you do it, the important thing is to do some exercise most days of the week. Doctors say that we should all try to do at least 150 minutes of exercise every week to stay fit and healthy. That could be things like walking, cycling, dancing, playing basketball or skateboarding – any activity that makes your heart beat faster. Doctors recommend doing exercise to make your muscles stronger at least twice a week too. There are lots of ways to do this. You can do exercises like press-ups or sit-ups, lift weights or you can do activities like yoga or gardening. Do you want to be fit? Then the answer is simple – do more exercise!
